Mike is the founding and Lead Pastor for City Church in the capital region of New York.
A southeast Texas native, he moved to New York in 2008 and quickly fell in love with the City of Albany.
Shortly after moving, God placed it on Mike’s heart to plant a church one of the least churched city in America. Since its humble beginnings, City Church has grown from 6 people to one of the largest independent churches in the City of Albany and has expanded to a multi campus and multi cultural church.
Mike believes that the church should be relevant and practical, all while focusing on the truth of the Gospel.
Mike and his wife Kristi lives in Rensselaer with their son Judah and daughter Allison.
